Centrally located in downtown Saskatoon, this corner unit condo has wonderful views of the city and river through floor to ceiling windows. Work remotely using the docking station with two large monitors and high speed internet. Uses USB-C connection to your laptop. Two rooftop patios provide breathtaking views across the city. Or, enjoy the view from your own private balcony. Just a few blocks from the river where you will find numerous walking and bike paths.

The space

Looking over the river and Delta Bessborough from the 17th floor, the views from this condo are stunning. The living room includes a 50" smart TV for you to seamlessly access your streaming services. The well stocked kitchen features many convinces of home. The dining area, located off of the kitchen comfortably seats 4, with room for an additional 2 at the island. The primary bedroom includes a desk, and a large closet for storing your clothes. Are you working while in Saskatoon? The automatic adjustable desk in the dining area includes additional monitors and chargers, making this space convenient for remote work. Your booking includes exclusive use of one underground parking stall (6'4" clearance). We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Surfing the web is also a breeze, with the high-speed fiber optic WiFi. Do you have a question about a specific item being included? Don't hesitate to reach out - we likely have it available!

Guest access

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the underground parking space, and access to the whole suite. This is an entire suite, not a room rental. You will have the whole space to yourself. During your stay, you do have access to the in-suite laundry machine. Don't worry about packing laundry supplies, we provide pods and fabric softener sheets. Feel free to use the gym located on the parking level across from the elevator, and the shared rooftop patio. The code for the rooftop patio will be supplied in the suite.

Other things to note

-When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.

-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key.

-Please do not allow anyone into the building or parking garage. Folks should have their own fob, or be let in by the resident they are visiting.

-With the floor to ceiling windows, the central AC may struggle during heat waves. We supply a portable AC unit to supplement if needed.
