Welcome to the Modèle! This stylish loft suite is located in the iconic Hudson’s Bay building in downtown Saskatoon. This building was converted from a department store to high end loft condos. You will be impressed by the soaring ceilings, open floor plan, and warm high-end furnishings. You can't beat the location, only steps from Midtown Plaza, shops, restaurants, and pubs. You booking will include one large underground parking stall. Two regular sized vehicles will fit front to back.

The space

Located on the third floor and close to the elevator. The living room includes a 65" TV and Sasktel Max cable channels. The smart TV interface allows you to connect your favourite streaming services. The couch is great for watching movies and hanging out, with plenty of space for relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped with many of the comforts of home. You shouldn't have any issues preparing your favourite meal. The loft features a comfortable king size bed with premium linens, a desk, and plenty of closet space. The two other bedrooms are located on the main level, featuring queen size beds with premium linens. Your booking comes with one underground parking space that is able to fit two regular sized vehicles in tandem. We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Surfing the web is also a breeze, with the high-speed fiber optic WiFi. Do you have a question about a specific item being included? Don't hesitate to reach out - we likely have it available!

Guest access

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the underground parking space, and access to the whole suite. This is an entire suite, not a room rental. You will have the whole space to yourself. During your stay, you do have access to the in-suite laundry machine. Don't worry about packing laundry supplies, we provide pods and fabric softener sheets. Feel free to use the gym and the shared rooftop patio, which is furnished during the summer months.

Other things to note

-When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.

-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key.

-Please do not allow anyone into the building or parking garage. Folks should have their own fob, or be let in by the resident they are visiting.

-When entering/exiting the parking garage, please wait to make sure the door closes without anyone entering before you leave.

-This unit is cooled with two portable AC units. During heat waves in the summer, the unit will not be extremely cold. The temperature on hot days will hover around 23 degrees.
