This 6th floor corner unit is in an excellent location for trips relating to business or pleasure. This suite boasts two generous bedrooms, in-suite laundry, and a spacious living area that leads to a cozy corner deck. Whip up gourmet meals in the well equipped kitchen featuring sleek stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with a convenient sit-up peninsula. Enjoy the building amenities, such as the gym, which is located on the parking level, and the rooftop patio.

The space

This bright suite with huge windows is perfect for 4 guests. The living room includes a 50" TV with Sasktel Max Stream cable channels, and Netflix. Feel free to log into your own streaming services using the smart TV interface. The kitchen is well equipped, with most comforts of home. the dining table has space for four, and space for two sitting at the kitchen island on the bar stools. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, and a dresser and closet for clothing storage. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed. We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Surfing the web is also a breeze, with the high-speed fiber optic WiFi. Do you have a question about a specific item being included? Don't hesitate to reach out - we likely have it available! Exclusive use of one surface level parking space is included with your booking.

Guest access

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the surface level parking space, and access to the whole suite. This is an entire suite, not a room rental. You will have the whole space to yourself. During your stay, you do have access to the in-suite laundry machine. Don't worry about packing laundry supplies, we provide pods and fabric softener sheets. Feel free to use the gym located on the parking level across from the elevator, and the shared rooftop patio. The code for the rooftop patio will be supplied in the suite.

Other things to note

-When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.

-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key.

-Please do not allow anyone into the building or parking garage. Folks should have their own fob, or be let in by the resident they are visiting.

-With the floor to ceiling windows, the central AC may struggle during heat waves. We supply a portable AC unit to supplement if needed.
