The space

When you arrive, you will notice that the suite entry is away from the main living area down the hall, making for a spacious and usable main living space. The bedroom off of the kitchen includes a comfortable queen size bed, and is just around the corner from the main bathroom, which includes a shower. The primary bedroom includes a cozy king size bed, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath tub and shower. The living room features a 55" TV with Sasktel Max cable channels. The leather sofa reclines, which makes it perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. The kitchen is well equipped, with most comforts of home. We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest access

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the underground parking space, and access to the whole suite. This is an entire suite, not a room rental. You will have the whole space to yourself. During your stay, you do have access to the in-suite laundry machine. Don't worry about packing laundry supplies, we provide pods and fabric softener sheets. Pack and Play available upon request.

Other things to note

-When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.

-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key.
