Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located spot! This space is located close to Downtown, Spadina, City Hospital, and the University of Saskatchewan. This space can accommodate 4 guest comfortably. The kitchenette includes a fridge, dishwasher and microwave, however, an oven/stove is not available. Feel free to bring you pet along with you to enjoy the numerous walking paths along the river. We allow one house trained pet to stay with the applicable pet fee.

The space

This guest suite is perfect for longer stays. The kitchenette includes most items to make simple meals. The living room includes a smart TV with Netflix connected. Feel free to sign into your favourite streaming services while visiting. The bedrooms include comfortable beds with plenty of space to store clothing. We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Surfing the web is also a breeze, with the high-speed fiber optic WiFi. Do you have a question about a specific item being included? Don't hesitate to reach out - we likely have it available!

Guest access

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the whole guest suite. This is an entire suite, not a room rental. You will have the whole space to yourself. During your stay, you do have access to the in-suite laundry machine. Don't worry about packing laundry supplies, we provide pods and fabric softener sheets. One off-street parking stall is included with your booking.

Other things to note

-When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.

-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key.

-This suite does not include a stove.
